Keep on rolling

Well, I've been keeping up the good work, but it's still been slow-going in terms of the weight loss. I've been tracking really well, and working out for at least 30 mins every day, but it's still easy to get frustrated. Boot camp last night was HARD. It felt like I had concrete blocks on my legs whenever I attempted to do any of the cardio activities. But still, I'm glad that I went.

Things have been a little busy around here, so I haven't had much time to post, but I have been tracking food.
